If your current subscription ends after November 30, 2014, we will be happy to issue you a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.  To request your refund, please email your request to support@argali.com before December 31, 2014 and provide us with the following information:

1. Your name.
2. Your company name (if any).
3. Your phone number.
4. Your license key (to find it, start Argali, then click the "Help" menu and select "About Argali W&Y").
5. Postal address to where we should mail the refund.
6. The name to which the refund check should be issued.
